- Primary Health Care
According to the WHO, Primary health care is a whole-of-society approach to health and well-being centred on the needs and preferences of individuals, families and communities.[1][2]
Note: Primary Health Care is often used interchangeably with Primary Healthcare. However Healthcare is the activity or business of providing medical services, whereas Health Care is in a broader sense efforts made to maintain or restore physical, mental, or emotional well-being especially (but not limited to) by trained and licensed professionals.[3]
